In the US people travel each and every day through planes to go from one state to the other in order to reach their offices.

Since people have to travel each and every day the tickets prices should be cheap which only few airline companies offer. There are other means of transportation as well such as the railways but the time comparison between the two shows that air travel is the obvious winner.

In the nutshell, travelling by air for both daily and non daily basis was once considered a luxury that only few of us could afford but thanks to many new air line companies this is no more a luxury.
